Return or exchange
- 01Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- 02Damaged or defective on arrival? Include your unboxing video — it is required for a replacement or refund.
- 03Keep the piece unused, unwashed, tags intact. Sale, customised, or worn items are not eligible.
- 04Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- 05If the replacement is unavailable, store credit is issued if the replacement is unavailable. Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only.
