When we answer
The studio works monday to friday, excluding public holidays — the same days orders are processed. Write on a weekend and you will hear back when the register reopens.
Before you write
- 01About an existing order — include your order number, and photos or an unboxing video for anything damaged. Track and exchange from the support page.
- 02Sizing before you buy — measurements for every fit are in the size chart, and we are happy to advise between two sizes.
- 03How the store trades — payment, dispatch, delivery and exchanges are published in the policies register.
